The Physical Education Department at King’s College, Budo plays an important role in promoting physical fitness, healthy living, discipline and teamwork among students. Through Physical Education, learners participate in a variety of physical activities and sports that help them develop strength, endurance, coordination and confidence while maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
