The Board of Governors provides strategic oversight and guidance to ensure King’s College, Budo maintains its tradition of excellence while adapting to modern educational needs.

Role and Responsibilities

The Board of Governors is responsible for:

• Setting the strategic direction and policies of the school
• Ensuring financial sustainability and proper resource management
• Appointing and evaluating the Headmaster
• Maintaining the school’s mission, vision, and values
• Ensuring compliance with educational regulations and standards
• Building partnerships with stakeholders and the wider community

Board Composition

The Board comprises distinguished individuals from various fields including education, business, law, and religious leadership. Each member brings unique expertise and perspectives to guide the school’s development.
