Bishop Moses Banja Makes Pastoral Visit

On Friday, August 1st, 2025, the Bishop of Namirembe Diocese, Rt. Rev. Moses Banja, made a pastoral visit to King's College Budo, strengthening the spiritual bonds between the school and the diocese.

The Bishop's visit was a significant occasion for the school community. He met with students, staff, and school leadership, sharing words of encouragement and spiritual guidance.

Message to Students

In his address to the student body, Bishop Banja emphasized the importance of integrating faith with academic excellence. He reminded students that true success is measured not just by academic achievements but by character, integrity, and service to others.

The Bishop also conducted a special service in the school chapel, where he prayed for the students, staff, and the continued success of King's College Budo's mission.

Historical Ties

King's College Budo has maintained strong historical ties with the Church of Uganda, particularly the Namirembe Diocese. This pastoral visit reinforced those bonds and underscored the school's commitment to spiritual formation alongside academic excellence.

We are grateful to Bishop Banja for taking time from his busy schedule to visit and bless our school community.
