Red Lions Rugby Team

<p>The Red Lions Rugby Team represents the pinnacle of rugby excellence at King's College Budo. Established in 1950, our team has dominated the Uganda Schools Rugby Championship for decades, winning over 30 national titles.</p><p>We compete in both 15s and 7s formats, with players ranging from U-14 to U-19 age groups. The Red Lions have produced numerous national team players and have toured internationally to Kenya, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.</p><p>Our training program focuses on technical skills, physical conditioning, tactical awareness, and the core values of rugby: discipline, respect, and teamwork. The team practices six days a week and participates in at least 15 competitive matches per season.</p>
