Budo Hill erupted in celebration as Sabaganzi House emerged victorious in the 2026 Inter-House Music, Dance and Drama (MDD) Competition, defeating the defending champions, Grace House, in a thrilling showcase of talent and creativity.
The highly anticipated event brought together all houses in a spirited display of music, choreography, and theatrical performance. After a night of captivating presentations, Mutesa House secured second place, while Grace House finished third.
This remarkable performance follows two weeks of rigorous rehearsals and dedicated preparation, during which students honed their performances to perfection. The standard across all houses was exceptionally high, delivering electrifying performances that kept the audience enthralled and made the judges’ task particularly challenging.
The Chief Guest, Zulaika Mirembe Kasajja, commended the students for their outstanding creativity, discipline, and teamwork. In recognition of the remarkable effort displayed by all participants, she generously donated two cows, one to Sabaganzi House for their victory and another to be shared among the remaining houses.
The event concluded in an atmosphere of pride, celebration, and camaraderie, reflecting the vibrant cultural spirit and talent that continues to thrive on Budo Hill.
